  The existing site was built on an outdated WordPress template, resulting in a non-responsive user experience and mandatory, recurring costs for any minor updates and maintenance.

  As a product manufacturer, it was essential to display merchandise effectively. The legacy site utilized low-resolution, poor-quality product photography, which did not adequately showcase the product details necessary for customer engagement.

  The client required a modern, more powerful contact form with the critical, missing ability for visitors to securely upload image/file attachments.

Our Solutions & Technical Implementation

We executed a comprehensive rebuild, focusing on visual quality, operational control, and eliminating long-term maintenance costs.

• Visual & Responsive Overhaul:

  We delivered a fully responsive website built on a modern framework. Crucially, we managed the entire visual process: we photographed and edited new, high-resolution product photos and ensured they were optimized for web delivery, allowing visitors to view each product in detail without sacrificing load speed.

• Custom Data Management:

  We replaced the template structure with a robust custom Laravel CMS. All products were centralized in a database, and we created an admin dashboard giving the client full control to show or hide items based on their manufacturing schedule, drastically reducing additional modification expenses.

• Secure File Uploads:

  We developed an entirely new, secure contact form that includes necessary file upload options. To ensure data integrity and prevent spam, we integrated Google reCAPTCHA to block unnecessary bots.

The challenge centered on transitioning the client from an inflexible, generic platform to a sophisticated, branded system capable of managing a large portfolio and offering unique customer interaction features.

• Design & Branding Inconsistency:

  The existing WordPress site was non-responsive and built with an old template that severely clashed with the client’s logo and business card colors, hindering professional presentation despite the client’s strong content skills. Fine-tuning page design was impossible without deep code knowledge.

• Massive Portfolio Management:

  The studio required a robust system to manage and frequently update a huge collection of photography organized into complex categories and subcategories.

• Unique Dynamic Requirements:

  The client needed a dynamic homepage that would showcase a different photograph from the collection every time a visitor opened the page, offering a fresh experience.

• Advanced Lead Generation & Utility:

  The contact form required extensive modification to gather detailed information regarding photography projects and include crucial file upload functionality.

• Customer Utility (PDF Catalog):

  A specialized feature was needed where end users could select multiple sample photos across the site and download them as a PDF Catalog (with no login required).

• Custom Branding & Responsiveness:

  We executed a complete redesign of the website, strictly adhering to the client’s established brand color scheme. The resulting site is fully responsive and scalable, ensuring a professional look on all devices.

• Custom Portfolio CMS:

  We designed a custom admin dashboard built on a database structure that allows the administrator to easily upload new photographs and case studies, meticulously organized into categories and sub-categories for easy content management.

• Dynamic Presentation Logic:

  Implemented logic to randomly select and display content from the portfolio database on the homepage, fulfilling the requirement for a dynamic homepage experience.

• PDF Catalog Generation:

  We created a sophisticated session-based system that allows a user to select multiple images from various categories. Upon request, the system generates a custom, secure PDF catalog featuring the selected images, complete with the studio’s information and a professional cover page.
